BBQ Chicken Pizza

If someone were to ask me which food I could eat for the rest of my life, the answer is simple… Pizza. Cheese, pepperoni, hawaiian, combination, I love it all! Although there is nothing like a deep dish pizza in Chicago or a New York style slice straight out of the woodfire oven, I will admit, sometimes frozen pizzas cure my craving for something cheesy. I have tried many frozen pizzas in my day, from Digiorno to Red Baron, and I was determined to find a new favorite from the Trader Joe’s frozen food aisle.

Kung Pao Chicken
& Brown Rice

Is anyone in the mood for Chinese food? Tonight, I cooked up some of Trader Joe’s Kung Pao Chicken, and let’s just say it definitely satisfied my craving for some spice! I’m normally a sucker for Trader Joes’ Orange Chicken and brown rice combo, but the frozen Kung Pao Chicken has a kick to it like no other. If I had to describe this dish in 3 words, they would be: juicy, spicy, and savory. Pull this Kung Pao Chicken out of the freezer for all of the elements of a traditional Chinese dish!

Reduced Guilt
Mac & Cheese

As I strolled down the frozen food aisle in search of my next muse, I couldn’t help but be drawn to the Mac & Cheese section. Yes, Trader Joe’s has about a dozen different Mac & Cheese options for your enjoyment: Diner style, Pepperoni Pizza Mac & Cheese, French Onion, and my new favorite, Reduced Guilt. I’m a sucker for good cheesy pasta, but I hate how many calories I consume when I eat a box of Kraft Mac & Cheese or a frozen alternative. Trader Joe’s has truly outdone themselves with this Reduced Guilt Mac & Cheese.

Fettuccini Alfredo

This frozen side dish has sparked a new love and appreciation in my household. I have told family, friends, coworkers, and people roaming the frozen aisle of Trader Joe’s about this delicious masterpiece. Want to learn more about what makes this Italian side worth trying?
